Our reports are dictated on-site and are unique to the subject property. We do NOT provide large pre-printed binders filled with meaningless "boiler plate" content as some of our competitors do.		What To Expect The inspection provides a valuable learning and discovery experience during which your questions can be answered on the spot. We wholeheartedly encourage you to accompany us during the inspection. Your inspector methodically works through the house checking the function of mechanical equipment and the condition of structural components. See "PRELIMINARY INSPECTION REPORT" for outline of items checked. Notes are carefully dictated on-site for later reference in making your final home inspection report. You will also gain insight into maintenance and energy conservation steps tailored specifically to your home. We provide you with a copy of the "PRELIMINARY INSPECTION REPORT" at the conclusion of the inspection and follow up with an extensive detailed custom report. You will receive your report via email (normally within 48 hours) or regular mail.
