Inspection Reports
Inspection reports are carefully created
using a narrative format (see a sample report). Our reports are dictated on-site to ensure accuracy and completeness. The reports are unique to the
subject property. Easily understood phrases are used so that you, your agents and attorneys understand the scope and complexity
of described defects. Digital photographs and engineering diagrams are used in the report
to clearly define defects. The final report can become quite long so a summary is carefully created
and inserted in the front of the final document.
Reports are available normally
within 24 hours of the inspection. The final report will be emailed to you and your designated representatives as desired.
We may also create an account for you so that you can login here to view and download your report online. Reports
can be sent by regular mail or fax, as you wish.
