These concerns and defects
are then carefully discribed in the final Home Inspection Report, normally completed with 6-24 hours.

To Expect The inspection provides a valuable learning and discovery experience during
which your questions can be answered on the spot. See "PRELIMINARY INSPECTION REPORT" for general outline of items inspected. Notes are carefully written and dictated on-site
for later reference in making your final home inspection report. We later provide you with an extensive
detailed custom report. You will receive your report via email (normally within 6-24 hours) or by regular mail, if you so
